oodworkers are notorious for saving every scrap of wood they can find. Especially those exotics or pieces with unique, eye-catching grain patterns. Then we save them for that special project, that project that is only worthy of our “special” wood.
For Mother’s Day, my kids wanted to build my wife a water garden, complete with a fountain and water plants.
Companies like Handyman Club of America are scammers and their business practices are deceptive, underhanded, and unethical.
There is that one last remaining home improvement project to take care of. That is retiling the fireplace.
My final design is based on the mission style. The main body of the bed is made from hard maple. The accent spindles are walnut, and the panels between the walnut spindles are figured maple.
