Latest Creation
Stone and wood bridge benchMy latest creation is this Stone and Wood Bridge Bench. It is currently on display and for sale at the  Hunter Wolff Gallery in Old Colorado City

The stone is Granite, that I hollowed out from underneath to make the weight manageable. The top and wood leg are African Mahogany and the arch with cross supports are walnut. The arch is made using a bent lamination technique, and attached to the bench with dowels, it passes through mortises in each cross brace which were cut by hand using a mallet and chisel. You can find out more about this bench on my  website

The Stone and Wood Bridge Bench video, where I walk you through my design and construction process of it’s creations

My top 5 woodworking projects of 2018. 2018 was a great year for me in my shop, I was able to join the Hunter Wolff Gallery and sell several of my more artistic styles of furniture their allowing me to turn down some of the more boring commissions that come into the shop. This has been a great gallery to work with and I hope to continue on with the same or even better success here in 2019. You can watch the teaser video of each project and their are links to each project in top right of this video.
